Mario Sikora is an executive coach and leadership development consultant who advises leaders in organizations across the globe. He is also an Enneagram teacher and author whose work is grounded in real world practicalities. In addition to teaching the Enneagram in organizations across the globe, he conducts public training programs for coaches, therapists, consultants and others who seek useful and results oriented but theoretically rigorous applications of the Enneagram.

 

Mario has presented at the IEA global conference every year since 2006, as well as regional conferences in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, France, Spain, Portugal, and Denmark. He served on the board of directors of the IEA from 2009-2014, including the role of president in 2011-2012. In addition to having written scores of articles on Enneagram theory and application regarding both business and self-development, he is the co-author of the book Awareness to Action: The Enneagram, Emotional Intelligence and Change.
